Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales Associate

Friend Lumber Company is seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer, full or part time, to join our sales team. Qualified candidates must have design experience including experience with 20/20 design program. Job entails meeting with clients both in their homes and in our showroom and performing detailed measures. Candidate must be comfortable ordering materials, coordinating delivers and instructing the proper installation of materials per the specified designs. Must understand and be able to manage the sales process, from prospecting to closing and after-sale follow-up. Candidate must be able to communicate well and be self-motivated and well organized.

Job Requirements:

Accurately do field measures
Designing kitchens and baths using 20/20 software, with strong attention to detail
Quoting and managing the full cycle ordering process from inception to completion
Work as part of a team
Provide superior customer service and support in selection, design and material placement of kitchens and answering all customer inquiries and design questions
Ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
